Amazing Comic Con Aloha continues to bring the biggest names in pop culture to Hawaii. As we return to Honolulu in February, the guest announcements roll with iconic talent----
Welcome SKOTTIE YOUNG as headline guest to 2023 Amazing Comic Con Aloha!
Skottie Young has been dazzling fans for years with his iconic “BABY” artwork from Spider-Man to the Transformers, Avengers to Spawn, Star Wars to Venom, and everything in between. While his signature style which mixes animation, street sensibilities, homage, and humor covers every iconic moment, launch, and anniversary for Marel Comics, his work has been turned into statues, pins, t-shirts and more. His work is easily the most identifiable in the last two decades. But more than just a cover artist or designer, Skottie Young has produced a hall of fame worthy resume in nearly every creative capacity. His sequential work in the OZ series garnered fanfare, critical acclaim, and awards. His signature voice e has served as best selling writer with Deadpool and Rocket Racoon, bridging the gap between comica and big screen blockbuster hits. Skottie’s voice has expanded by producing a number of fan favorite titles at Image Comics- from Fairyland to Twig, to the Me you Love in the Dark, and others. His most recent flex is the Strange Academy series from Marvel.
Skottie Young is scheduled to appear at the Amazing Comic Con Aloha on Saturday and Sunday. He will be appearing at the Hawaii Convention Center over the weekend on February 24-25 where he will be meeting fans, signing books, and appearing on programming.
Tickets for 2024 Amazing Comic Con Aloha will start THURSDAY October 5th at 10am HST. Full 3Day Event Passes, single Day Admissions, and limited VIP Packages will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Amazing Comic Con Aloha takes place at the Hawaii Convention Center on February 23-24-25.
