Legendary Writer of Spider-Man, Avengers, and More- David Michelinie comes to AMAZING COMIC CON!

We are proud to announce the newest addition to the 2017 Amazing Comic Con- writer/creator DAVID MICHELINIE. David comes to Honolulu courtesy of Leiji Harlock, and will be exhibiting at the Chee Hoo Booth during the three days of the Amazing Comic Con.

David Michelinie is best known for his work on Marvel Comics. He had two extensive runs on Iron Man. During his tenure, Tony Stark suffered from the Demon in a Bottle storyline, and Battled the Armor Wars. Jim Rhodes was introduced a trust worthy Alley.

David Michelinie also had key Avengers stories where in introduced Scott Lang, who would become the new Ant Man. Also the villain Taskmaster made his first appearance during his run.

From 1987 through 1994 David Michelinie write Spider-Man. Here, Peter Parker married Mary Jane, and was introduced to his arch villains VENOM and CARNAGE. He worked Todd McFarlane, Erik Larsen, and Mark Bagley in defining the character for the 1990s.

David Michelinie also wrote for DC COMICS, contributing the Wedding of Lois & Clark Kent, and was a top contributor to the Valiant Era writing early arcs of Rai and more.
