AMAZING COMIC CON ALOHA WELCOMES CLUBS-ORGANIZATIONS- DIVERSE ACTIVITIES THROUGH THIS WEEKEND
We believe there is Something for EVERYONE at Amazing Comic Con Aloha! The Best Pop Culture Personalities will be in Honolulu, signing and taking photos with fans. There will be a Huge Main Floor Marketplace that offerse all things geek chic in the collectible world. Multiple Panel Tracks will give fans a forum to talk about their favorites….
Amazing Comic Con is so much MORE than this though—Amazing Comic Con is about the community and its people. Check out all the great clubs, and organizations that will make their homes in the EXPO Area on the main floor at the Hawaii Convention Center this coming weekend.
*GIRL SCOUTS OF HAWAI’I will be in attendance in an official capacity once again. While there will be a special Panel centered around their organization on Saturday Afternoon where the Scouts can earn badges, they will also be set up on the main floor in the Expo Area. Here they can tell you about joining a troop near you, while offering the latest selection of Girl Scout Cookies too!
*HAWAII PIN FAIR has teamed-up with AMAZING COMIC CON for the very first time. Check out more local Hawaiian Artists and Designers, on a variety of Media!
*HAWAII LEGO USERS GROUP- Everything is Awesome as THE HILUG OHANA will be set up in the Expo area of the Hawaii Convention Center Floor, with free build sessions, contests and more. This is a great way for fans of all ages to participate in a hands-on Pop Culture Experience.
*COSTUME GROUPS- what is a comic con without great cosplay?! There will be a number of club organizations on the floor. Please be sure to take a ton of pictures of costumers and props- and hastag us at #AmazingCon. The 501st of Hawaii, and the Mandolrean Mercs will be just a few.
*ASTROMECH BUILDERS GROUP- Complete your Star Wars Experience this weekend by checking out real life R2-D2 type units and other droids. Ask questions with the builders, and see them up close and personal!
*SABER GUILD- Grab a Movie replica Lightsaber and learn how to be fight like a Jedi! The Saber Guild will have a panel on Sunday at 1pm in the Upstairs Room, but they will be stationed in the Expo Area at the Hawaii Convention Center Main Floor throughout the weekend. They will be answering your questions and more!
*LAST OUTPOST of HAWAII- From Star Trek to Doctor Who, and every trend in Science Fiction and Beyond- the Last outpost of Hawaii is your fan group destination! Look for their panels throughout the weekend on our schedule including the Marvel Vs DC Panel on Saturday at 5pm.
*LUDOSPORT will also be located in the Expo Area of the Main Hall of the Amazing Comic Con. This organization will be hosting a live demo on Force Friday February 21 in the upstairs Room B
Above is just a smapling of the community clubs and organizations of Hawaii that will be working with Amazng Comic Con during our 2020 event. Our goal is to be as inclusive as possible to all your pop culture interests!
