Amazing Comic Conventions believes that CREATORS should be the headline talent of our events. The stories and characters they introduce inspire the graphic novels we read, the toys we collect, the movies and TV shows which rush to, the gear that we wear, the video games which we play. These individuals that Amazing Comic Con highlights are the ARCHITECTS OF POP CULTURE.
There is no more influential creator we have hosted in Hawaii than KEVIN EASTMAN!
KEVIN EASTMAN is a creator that needs no introduction. He introduced the world to the TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES in 1984’s hit indy comic book. The phenomenon launched the Black & White Boom in the direct market, but more importantly it expanded to cartoons, films, video games, toys, and other merchandise. The TMNT has been a top brand for over 3 decades!
Kevin Eastman though reaches back to his indy roots with an edgy noir tale called DRAWING BLOOD, which launched on Kickstarter this past year. We admire Eastman for constantly pushing the boundaries, and immediately back the project when we found out about it. Kevin Eastman will be returning to Amazing Comic Con Aloha in February. He will be appearing on the convention floor on Saturday and Sunday, meeting fans and signing autographs. The Team Eastman booth will be armed with new exclusives for the Hawaii market as well!

AMAZING COMIC CON ALOHA is Hawaii’s premiere Pop Culture Fan Fest, taking place in Honolulu FEBRUARY 22-23-24. The event returns to the Hawaii Convention Center bigger than ever before, a fusion of the very best creators and pop personalities in the world, added with local favorites from the Hawaii Community, extensive programming, an International Artist Alley, and the Wizards of Cosplay.
